What is your product warranty?

Nu-Wood warrants that each product manufacture, is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This Warranty only covers the original retail purchaser for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase.

 

When does Nu-Wood consider a product defective?

If a defect can be observed, in bright sunlight, at normal viewing distance, then the part is defective.

 

What happens if I have a defective product?

Any product covered by this Warranty which proves defective under normal use will be repaired or replaced or a refund of the price paid to Nu-Wood for said product will be made, at Nu-Wood’s option. In any event, labor, transportation, and shipping costs incurred in securing Warranty service shall be at the owner’s expense.

 

How do I request warranty replacement?

Upon discovery of any defect covered by the Warranty, please contact Nu-Wood immediately. Nu-Wood 501 W. Railroad Avenue Syracuse, IN 46526 USA mail@Nu-Wood.com Upon notification, Nu-Wood will assign you an authorization number and give you directions on how to obtain Warranty service. In any event, prior to Warranty work, Nu-Wood must verify the product’s purchase and original ownership.
